How Long has WF been in Business?

The owners Steve and Betsy Cardwell have operated this local business for around 30 years. With so much experience, business has been good because of repeat customers, guaranteed fresh products, and good relationships with the community.

Though the reasons listed above are the continual attractors to this business, signing the deals with Food Lion, Earth Fare, and The Fresh Market have really skyrocket business as well.

In the few years that I have worked at this company, I have noticed a huge growth. There used to be products that would sit in the shop and not be sold, in other words, this was a loss of profit. However, things have changed for the better and now it is hard to keep any produce in the shop. This is a great thing because it means as soon as the crop is harvested, it is purchased and shipped to one of the companies.

Since I have witnessed what new outlets to the community can do for business, I have made it my goal to create even more new outlets through social media platforms. I think this will really be the extra step that will take this business over the top and that can even expand their business outside of North Carolina stores. I am excited to take this next step with this business that is so close to my heart.
