Who are the Employees?

The Windmill Farm employees are an important asset to the business and it helps even more so that this is a family and friend owned and operated business. The great relationships between employees really helps the business in thriving and we attribute a lot of our success to that.

There are currently just 8 workers at the farm because this is about the time of year when the crops begin to end and begin. The new crops are about to be planted, and when that crop begins to produce, there will be additional people hired to help with harvesting it. However, the regular 8 employees are all live in close proximity to the business.

To give an idea of just how close, 4 of the employees walk to work every day, including myself. The other 4 are all less than 5 miles down the road. The employee that lives the furthest away is just 4 miles from the shop. This is why the business is very close to each of the employee's hearts and contributes to great attitudes at work. The atmosphere and connections at Windmill Farms are truly like no other.
